What we changed
- Cut the homepage from 12.5 MB: every photo resized and compressed, none over 300 KB
- Fonts cut from four families to two, self-hosted, so nothing blocks the page
- Structured data added: WebSite, LocalBusiness, Service, OfferCatalog and FAQ
- The duplicate /index.html address now redirects to the one main address
- Opening hours on the site and in the data made to match Google
- Google profile renamed to one business name, with a primary category and six secondaries
